We conduct a bottom up societal study and it shows that 76% of Blacks and 62% of Hispanics could get shut out or be under-prepared for 86% of jobs in the US by 2045. Addressing climate change can be profitable: companies that received positive press on climate change outperformed the MSCI World index by an average of 1.4 percentage points over the last 12 months. To analyse the stock impact, Deutsche Bank Research programmed our artificial intelligence platform, α-DIG, to map company stock prices after reading the five million pages of company announcements released by the 1,600 MSCI World companies over the last two decades, along with every Dow Jones news article written over the period (something that would take a human over a century to complete!)
