§ 1 Use
1.1. The Deutsche Bank Research (DB Research in Deutsche Bank AG, “DB Research”) website content data published, transmitted or made available for download, e.g. articles, RSS news or podcasts (the “Content”) may only be used for private and non-commercial purposes except as specified under section 1.3. The Content is protected by copyright and remains intellectual property of DB Research or its licensors respectively.
1.2. The use of Content for any other website or any other publication or broadcast requires the prior consent of DB Research and is solely possible for non-commercial use. Any publication of such Content must clearly show by including a link from: “Source www.dbresearch.com” that the content has been supplied by DB Research. The individual titles of the Content must be linked without frames to the underlying data. DB Research is not responsible for any respective support whatsoever; the availability of any existing Content or future publications cannot and will not be ensured by DB Research.
1.3. Commercial use or any other use of Content in connection with a professional activity without express permission is prohibited. For further information, a planned publication or permission for commercial use please contact marketing.dbr@db.com.
1.4. Further use of the Content may be prohibited by DB Research at any time and the forwarding of the data to third parties is only allowed in accordance with these terms and conditions.
1.5. The Content must not be archived for longer than the period required for normal viewing and personal storage. Any professional archive creation by way of systematically stored Content or other data warehousing is prohibited.
§ 2 Liability

DB Research will not be liable in any way for the accuracy, completeness or topicality of the Content. It provides any Content “as is” without any warranty or support whatsoever.

2.3. Any responsibility for software to read, view or otherwise use the Content rests solely with the user. Any damages or losses caused by such software or malfunctions of the same only pertain to the legal relationship between the user and the manufacturer of the software and hence any related claims are to be made to the manufacturer. The user is also responsible for protecting his/her system with a current and accurate virus scanner.

3.1. DB Research may amend or terminate the provision of Content or these terms and conditions for use of Content in its sole discretion.
3.2. To the extent applicable, all other matters are governed by the general terms for the use of our website in the disclaimer on the DB Research website.
3.3. By downloading, accessing or using the Content the website user thereby gives his implied acceptance of these Terms and Conditions for Use of Content.
